Acronis True Image Cloud vs True Image 2017
Hello,
Until yesterday I was running True Image 2016 along with an Acronis True Image Cloud subscription.
However, my True Image Cloud subscription was about to expire and when I clicked the Renew button, I was prompted to upgrade to True Image 2017. I opted to purchase the Premium product that comes with 1 TB of Cloud backups.
The problem is that True Image 2017 still seems to be "attached" to my old True Image Cloud subscription, which is about to expire. It warns me about this every time I start the product.
I'm not sure how to proceed from here. How do I "use" the free 1TB of Cloud backup that comes with my new True Image 2017 premium license purchase?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Steve,
Thanks very much for your reply and suggestions.
> This is a case where you should open a Support Case directly with Acronis Support...
I agree. I attempted to chat with support several times today, but there were no agents available. So I thought I'd post here to see if anyone has run into something similar.
> I would have expected that your renewal would have updated your Cloud storage in your Acronis account which should flow through to your installed product.
That was my expectation as well, though it hasn't happened.
> Have you tried signing out of your account in the ATIH 2017 application GUI (on the Account page) then sign back in again.
I just tried that, but to no avail. Still, appreciate the suggestion. 'Twas worth a shot. :-)

I was a little confused. Initially I thought you has Acronis 2016 with unlimited cloud storage, but it appears you has Acronis 2016 with a separate cloud storage. Sometimes cloud storage settings gets confused, particularly if the amount of storage is changed. I have had this happen to me when I purached additional storage (only half the amount was added). This may have been due to the need to merege licences (a long story that it is not necessary to go into).
