ATI 2017 Win 10 missing from Online Dashboard - Tried fixes

Thread needs solution

I did the stop the service, clear the %ProgramData%\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\MMSData\DML\ folder, restart service. No good.

I had one client showing as not online since 2017 and a previous OS (8.1.)

Did a rebuild with Win10 in 2018, installed ATI 2017 and registered/connected to dashboard. PC did not show up.

How can I manually add a PC to the online dashboard?

I am not aware of any method of manually adding systems to the online dashboard.

Have you signed in to your Acronis account on the account page of the ATI 2017 GUI as that is normally the method that adds the computer to the dashboard.

I have had this as an ongoing problem. Some PCs are just not included. No solution as far as I am aware.
