Cloud services seems to be down for me.

Thread needs solution

The program can't connect to make my scheduled backups since everly today everything seems fine on my end but the program cant retrieve the backup info or connect to execute the scheduled tasks And the  Acronis Cloud Connection Verification Tool shows all as success.

Wanna know what should I do or if it's on your end and you may have an ETA

Josue, have you checked on your ATIH 2017 GUI Account page to ensure that you are signed in correctly with your Acronis account credentials, and if this shows the status of your Cloud storage usage?

We have no access (as users like yourself) to the Acronis Cloud systems to check for any outages etc, so you will need to open a Support Case with Acronis Support if you are still having a problem with Cloud backups.

My own systems are connected to the London EU3 Cloud access points and all seems to be OK when I triggered a manual backup of one of my cloud tasks.

I guess there are only two options here:

1.  Wait it out and see if everything comes back to life and works OK tomorrow after sleeping on it.

2.  Report the problem by opening a Support Case with Acronis (use the Contact link in my signature).

It does sound like there may be a problem with the EU1 Cloud servers that you are using but seems strange that the Cloud verification tool says they are all OK?

I have another Cloud backup task that uses the EU1 Strasbourg Cloud servers and have just run this with no problem, so this may be an issue related to your ISP?  I also ran the EU1 verification tool and all was successful (as yours was too).

Oh im using USA servers, my bad I'm testing the usa servers now haha didnt notice that

Joshue, open the Advanced page Options for your Cloud backup task, then look at what actual server you have set for the DataCenter there (at the bottom of the page).

Download the Cloud Verification tool for the specific Cloud DataCenter you are using - there is a separate tool for each Cloud Access point as shown in KB 47145: Acronis Cloud Connection Verification Tool and KB 4350: Acronis Backup to Cloud access ports and hostnames - you should be using the US1 or US2 tool if you are on one of the US servers.

yeah hahaha it was my bad Steve. I checked the usa server (in which i have all my backups) and they all says all success. I contacted chat support and they say they are having issues atm so I'll wait and see

Josue, glad to hear that you have an answer for this issue, hope that the Cloud servers are working again for you.
