How do I add new files/folders to and existing backup scheme?

Thread needs solution

I would like to select additional files/folders and add them to and existing backup scheme.  However, it appears I am unable to do this in Acronis True Image 2017?  I am currently backing up my data to a NAS.  Thank you.

Chet, welcome to these User Forums.

As Michael has suggested, you should be able to click on the Source panel for your backup task and modify the selection you have already made.  This is assuming that this is already a Files & Folders backup task that you want to add new files to.

The alternative method is to use the option to 'Clone settings' for the existing backup task, then modify the cloned task to include the additional files/folders but if you do this you will create a new full backup image when you run this cloned task.

I should have added the bit about the "Files & Folders backup task".

I assumed that only that sort if task allows tweaking of folders. The rest are mostly "whole disk" tasks which would pick up any new stuff added to that drive.
