In opposite to Ekaterinas stickied post all my ATIH installations will not notify for an update to b5555.

Account tab says your product is up to date.

Karl, I was a little confused by this at first, but then noticed that there is a link in Ekaterina's forum topic that points to KB document: 59095: Acronis True Image 2017 Patch 5555 that you need to go to and from which you can then download the small program patch for 5555.

This patch isn't being provided by the normal update method and thus isn't being offered via the Account page or pop-up message.

That's how I received it - from the KB article.  In the MVP forum she mentioned it is a pre-release update patch.  

EDIT:  To clarify, there is no need to install 5555 before whenever the next inapp update is provided.  It is an update for the 3 items mentioned in the KB article (if experiencing any of those issues).
