I get this messsage after booting into rescue Media. I boot up off of my flash drive, I select option 1 to create an image, then I get the error, and after a few seconds, the computer completely locks up. Ive seen some commands for editing the Kernel for the screen resolution, but I cant find anything that works for mine.

Jake, there have been problems in this area when the computer has more than one graphics adapter where the solution was to temporarily disable one of the adapters in the BIOS settings.
The alternative solution would be to create the WinPE version of the Rescue Media where you can inject additional device drivers for your graphics card if needed - you should look at the MVP Tool Custom ATI WinPE media builder (link in my signature). If using this option you will need to install the Windows 10 ADK required to provide the PE components - if you select the WinPE option in the Rescue Media Builder tool, it will direct you to download the ADK from the Microsoft website.

for anyone else having this issue, I just figured it out, Turn on legacy support and boot the disk in Legacy mode. works perfect.

I would recommend caution when advising to use Legacy boot mode for Acronis Rescue Media for computers which boot Windows in UEFI mode. This may work fine for creating backups but may cause problems if you take this same approach when attempting to recover your backup to the same computer if the incorrect boot mode is used.
See KB 60131: Acronis True Image 2018: how to restore your computer with WinPE-based or WinRE-based media and in particular the guidance at step 2. of the procedure outlined.
Finally, see webpage: BIOS Mode - See if Windows Boot in UEFI or Legacy Mode
The key issue, to my knowledge, would mainly impact on recovery, where if a Legacy boot PC is recovered in UEFI mode, it would result in the disk being converted from MBR to GPT. See the ATI 2018 User Guide: About recovery of dynamic/GPT disks and volumes then scroll down to where it shows a table with the heading Partition style after recovery
