Unable to mount image.

Hello,

Been having some issues with my images. Fails on restore, which seems very typical. KB links they sent refers to mounting the image and conduct a check disk on the partition in question. Problem is the image fails to mount to run the scan. This is rather disappointing. The fault solely lies with me as I put too much faith in the product. 

Any suggestion? I can actually browse the image files in windows. Just not sure why it won't mount.
