D/L The .exe File And Got This Message ?? Ran The .exe file as "Run As Admistrator"

PS was Weird Just Installed On My Windows 7 Box ( i Have 4 Boxes + 14 HDDS) And The Instal Of The 2016 Version Went Fine And I'm Cloning A Drive That i Know Has Weak Sectors (1440) And 44 BAD Sectors .....Hope That Works !!

Unfortunately there are very few details in the detailed error message... Access to what? Maybe a registry key is locked? Processmonitor by Sysinternals could help to find it out: https://live.sysinternals.com/Procmon.exe
(Run it with Admin rights)

Thank You For Al Your Help :-) i WAS Able To Install From The CD, Ver 2016, Then Was Able To Upgrade to 2017 .......Weird Cuz I Installed The Program On The Windows 7 Box From The Download And It Worked Fine ???? Don't LikeWindows 8.x !!!
Running A Backup Right Now So We'll See .....THANK YOU For Taking The Time To Respod That Was Very Kind !!
