Windows 10, Arconis 2017, and user profiles

I have windows 10, and I want to copy a user profile from one windows 10 to another (same version).  The user profile is actually an "online account".  Microsoft in their infinite wisdom is not allowing online accounts to be created when there is not an active internet connection, and my initial system backup is performed before any internet connection is made, and I'd like to apply that user profile to my "core backup".

I don't care a lot about the "user files" as there are only defaults set up.  What I am looking for is just the basic account (user name, password, and "store" info, and of course the "users" directory & registry…  (Meaning, I really only want the core basics of the windows configuration (or user system files) to be migrated).

Hope that makes sense,

Can I do this with version 2017?

Is there a white paper some place that might give me insights on just backing up 1 single user profile?

Thanks,
Randy

Randy, welcome to these public User Forums.

Sorry, but it is not possible to use Acronis True Image (any version) to transfer user profiles or even installed applications etc to another computer.

See KB 19296: Acronis products cannot be used to transfer applications to different system or upgrade OS - which gives the reasons why this type of transfer of profile data is not possible.
