Acronis US Down or Closed?
All calls, to any US based source, go to voice mail. And/or error out. For two days now. Ne replies to email from my regional sales rep. Again for two days. Voice mails redirects to a "call you back, next in line" service. Which errors out.
Following Prompts on the 781-782-9000 number auto-attendent for sales, license renewal, customer service, partner support, etc. all go to voice mail. Operator too. Trying to leave messages fails too.
Tech Support in India can be reached still, but that's it.
Anybody know what's going on?

I would suggest sending a PM to Renata Gubaydullina | Product manager, Acronis True Image to ask about the Acronis US telephone support services availability.

I've also called and reached their PR contact and asked her to consider this thread and reply. Guess we can add at least her number to the small list of people that can be reached.
I've done more investigation, and its clear to me Acronis Inc. is financially viable, so whatever is going on seems to be the result of a building, phone, malware or similar problem. Of really really bad phone practices I suppose, but that hardly explains the voice mail error messages.
BTW, the "not lose your place in line, will return your call" prompt I'd followed? Still no call back.

Dan, did you find the support number in your Acronis account? We have checked the numbers listed there and they were fully available. Could you DM me with the phone numbers that you have tried if you still have them written somewhere?

November 10 is a Veteran's Day holiday in the US in many states. They probably had reduced support working that day.
