ATI 2018 activity tab is empty

Thread needs solution

The activity tab on one of my PCs is empty. The backups are running as expected and I see logs using the MVP log file viewer, just nothing in the activity tab in the desktop app. Any ideas on how to get this working? Not the end of the world but I do like that feature.

This is on a Windows 10 Home machine. ATI is build 10410.

Steve, please see KB 60683: Acronis True Image 2018: Backup activities list is empty after updating to build 10410 for this known issue with build 10410.

Thanks, Steve! I searched for forum but didn't think to check the KBs!

No problem Steve, there was a flurry of forum topics when 10410 first hit the streets with this same issue, then the KB was published in response to it and Ekaterina alerted us to it.
