Can't read files in ATI 2018 backup on my Win 10 laptop.
I have ATI 2018 installed on both my Win 10 (Home) laptop and my Win 7 Pro desktop. On the Win 7 machine I can go to the backup and R-click then open location, R-click on directory then R-click on folder and then select the file that I am interested in. I an do the same for backups created with ATI 2017. On the Win 10 machine when I select the backup then R-click on open all I get is the ad to download the Archive Wise at a cost of $39.95/year.
Is there another way to look inside the .tib to look at the files on the Win 10 machine or is this just another added cost of using ATI 2018 in Win 10?

Steve,
I do see the prompts when I right-click on the archive in Windows Explorer but I don't want to validate or mount the archive I just want to look at the files. If I double-click on the archive all I keep getting is the full screen prompt to download Archive Wise which I am not interested I at $39.95/year. Am I doing something wrong?

Sounds very much like either a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Program) has hijacked the shell integration for .TIB files or else you have installed the Archive Wise app from the Microsoft Store which from the reviews is less than good.
A Repair Install should reset the shell integration for ATI 2018 or see if the app is listed in the Apps & Features page of the main Settings page for Windows 10, and if it is, uninstall it!

Steve,
Thanks! Sure enough Archive Wise was installed. I have uninstalled it and now all is well. I can now get to the individual files in the archive.
