Cloud backup fails - "Bad certificate"...
I'm testing cloud backup using 2018 Trial again, and now another PC, but my manual cloud backup fails to fully start with "bad certicate", and I cant even delete it - only keep trying to start it again!
Funny thing is:
1. I can see an old backup made using 2018 Trial on another PC, and some very old syncs from TI 2013 from the desktop app (from where I am trying to make the backup), so network connection is being made.
2. Trial 2018 Cloud Backup seemed to have worked before on my old PC, and there is still plenty of space (1TB) for what I am trying to backup. This time I am trying an encrypted backup.
Cleanup+reinstall have not helped.

JD, backup speed really depends on your broadband service and the rates they give you for Upload speed which is often a fraction of what is quoted for Download speed.
The other factor is to ensure that you have chosen the closest geographic server for your DataCentre location to minimise the distance the data has to travel.
