Full backup error

At the end of a full backup to one usb drive I receive this error: More information about this error and solutions may be available online in the Acronis Knowledge Base. To access the online resource manually, enter the event code at: http://kb.acronis.com/errorcode/ Event code: Event code: 0x0004000D+0x0004000D

Sorry but there is no information here to work with to understand why your backup is failing?

Please download the MVP Log Viewer tool (link in my signature below) and use this to review the log file for your backup, clone or other operation. This should provide more information on why you are seeing any notification messages?

Pedro, the first log shows that the backup failed validation due to the file being corrupt.

The second log shows both a successful backup and validation.

I would recommend doing a CHKDSK for your backup drive to ensure there are no problems with the drive itself.

The CHKDSK don't find any errors.

After I run one EXTENDED TEST with WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for Windows, during 15 hours, and the drive it's OK!

I upload the tests results.

Looks good.  Can only suggest to try further backups to make sure all continues to be OK.
