Large backup to cloud is stuck at 1.82 TB

Thread needs solution

I have 2.3 TB backup to Acronis cloud.  It has been stuck for over a day now on 1.82 TB.  I tried pausing the backup, changing a scheduling option, and rebooted the PC ATI is running.   Is there anything else I can do to get this backup going again?

Bernard, there could be a number of reasons for your backup to the cloud getting stuck, including any restrictions imposed by your broadband provider, throttling etc.
