OneDrive, no way to backup

You disabled OneDrive support:

I discovered that after investigating more than one hour. No hint from your site in the app. I just tells me "success" - which is wrong as the backup file is just empty. So I thought all works correctly, but nothing is backedup.

I understand that you can not backup with the "files on demand" feature. BUT I simply disabled it and OneDrive still ignores ist. Why? If I know what I do, why not letting me backup it?

When is the solution/ workaround ready?

There are many users like yourself who are frustrated with this issue related to backing up OneDrive and the Acronis developers are actively working to create a solution for how OneDrive Files on Demand reparse points are handled by their code.

At the present time, with build 12510 all OneDrive backups are disabled.

The latest ATI 2019 Beta build 13190 has reversed the change from 2018 #12510 and allows backups of local OneDrive folders where Files on Demand isn't used, so the developers are trying to relieve the stress of this situation while a full solution is found.
