Thread needs solution

After booting the recovery disk unable to locate the Recovery Wizard.  I followed the restore instructions of form 60131 even by browsing.

Nuccii, which type of recovery media are you using here?

For the ATI 2018 & later version rescue media, there are 3 different versions available:
Simple:  created based on your Windows Recovery Environment for WinPE media.
Advanced: created based on Windows ADK (or AIK for earlier OS versions) - WinPE media.
Advanced: created based on a small Linux distro OS (BusyBox) or created from the .ISO CD image download from your Acronis Account page.

It is recommended to create and use the 'Simple' WinPE rescue media because this will capture device drivers for your hardware from the Windows recovery environment.

The other factor when using recovery media is to ensure that you boot that media using the same BIOS boot mode that your Windows OS uses.  This can be found by running the command: msinfo32  in Windows then looking at the value shown for BIOS mode in the report right panel.
