Restore an external clone-drive back to the internal NVMe drive?

Thread needs solution

Having trouble figuring out the right process here.

Starters:  I created a clone-drive onto an external SSD for my laptop's internal NVMe drive.

I now need to 'restore' that cloned SSD drive back to the internal NVMe laptop drive. (laptop's NVMe drive was defaulted/reset back to original Windows image and now I want to get it back to where it was - using the SSD clone-drive)

I've created a PE-10 Rescue Image and booted from it.  No issues there.

But, I don't see any options that allow me to perform an operation that lets me use the SSD clone-drive and 'clone' it to the laptop's internal NVMe drive.

Is this even possible using Reflect?

Chris, welcome to these User Forums.

You wrote: " I created a clone-drive onto an external SSD for my laptop's internal NVMe drive. " but what exactly have you done here and using what application?

A Clone by definition is an exact duplicate copy from one disk drive to a second drive.

A Backup (in Acronis terms) is an image captured of the source disk drive which is then stored in a special .TIB image file which can be restored / recovered back to the same or a different drive.

This forum is only focussed on Acronis True Image so I cannot comment on Reflect - if that is the application you are using then you need to post in the forums for that product.
