Unable to install latest update

Thread needs solution

Hi.

I tried updating my TrueImage installation to the latest update (12510) today. It failed, saying the package was damaged. I then installed it manually from my profile, but again I get the same error - and now my installation doesn't work advising me to reinstall. 

 

Anyone got any good ideas on how to make this work, or do I need to uninstall and reinstall from scratch?

I suggest you uninstall and then run the cleanup tool Acronis True Image Cleanup Utility | Knowledge Base 

Then reinstall.
