Unable to mount backup from Windows Explorer right click options
I recently upgraded my ATI 2017 to ATI 2018, perpetual license. This is on a Windows 10 machine.
Using Windows Explorer, I navigate to my backup on an external drive connected to my router, right click the .tib file and select "mount" from the "Acronis True Image" option on the drop-down list of options, I receive the following ATI error message:
If I first start the ATI 2018 application and select "Open location" from the backup drop-down (which starts Windows Explorer) I'm then able to mount the backup.
Has anybody else noticed this behavior or know of a fix? I rarely mount .tib files. I tried today just to make sure I could with the upgrade to 2018 from 2017.

I don't know what volume 7 is. Backups of other machines that are stored on the same external drive list a different volume in the error message.
Yes, I am aware that an Entire PC backup is a backup of all drives/partitions on the machine.
There is no USB drive attached to the PC.
I've never double-clicked a .tib file before but you know what? That works perfectly and I think it works better than mounting the backup. I mounted a backup only if I needed to retrieve a single file quickly and that isn't often.
Thanks for the assist. I appreciate it!
