Acronis attempts to backup a PC that I no longer have

Thread needs solution

I bought a new PC and Acronis backs it up just fine. But it also looks for the other computer that no longer exists. So each morning, I get an email notification that "A" was successfully backed up, that "B" was not. In navigating through the software, I found one place where both PCs were listed. I deleted "B" and thought that would take care of it. But Acronis continues to notify me of a failed backup for it. Any help would be appreciated.

Bill, on your new PC that is working Ok, go to the Account page in the ATI GUI then click on the button to open the online dashboard, where you should see your old computer listed and be able to delete it from there using the gear-cog icon for actions.
