David, welcome to these public User Forums.

What exactly are you trying to do here?
What type of backup is being created?  Disks & Partitions or Files & Folders?
Is the source data on the local machine or on a network location?

Hello Steve,

this is my error

i have a pool of 2 version of incremental whith auto clean.

But hi dont'clean. I have this error

i have space:

1 full is ~ 17 Go

When hi backup the tib file is created, but not keep.

What's wrong ?

Thank's for your help.

David, thank you for the further information.  This shows that the next action would be to create a new full backup image after which the oldest backup chain test_full_b1 & _inc_b1 files would be deleted by automatic cleanup.

Your images show a full backup size of around 17GB and you look to have over 300GB free space on your destination location which should be more than enough to store the new full image file.

Please check the Notification page setting for this task, and check if you have set a value for the top option to be notified about insufficient disk space?

If this is not set, then what exactly is your Source for this Files & Folders backup task?
Are all the files & folders on the same PC where the backup task is running?

it is indeed, this checkbox which was there. unchecked it and the problem is solved.
Thank you very much for your help.
Good day to you.

David, glad the tip helped and the issue is resolved!  Thank you for the feedback to confirm this!
