Backing up video files to server
So I've got a Dell R710 running Windows Server 2008 R2 and one function I use it for is as a Plex media server. I have most of my collection on my main PC, so I was hoping to install Acronis True Image on the server and keeps the videos in sync that way, but Acronis True Image cannot be installed on a server OS.
What would be the best way to go about either syncing these files or just mirroring them from my desktop to the server? Previously I used SyncBack, but I'd prefer to remove it if I can. Also, I am not opposed to trying another OS (been thinking of installing ESXi anyway).
Thanks.

Enchantech wrote:If you simply want to sync these files between the 2 computers than True Image 2019 is not for you. There are many Sync applications out there one of which is the popular SyncBack app you currently use. If it is not suiting your needs then I would suggest you have a look at the others out there. You should be able to find one that does what you want.
Okay, I'll take a look around. Thanks for the reply
