Help! I want to dump Idrive but need to learn to how get True Image working!
Hi People,
I just moved from a 2014 Windows 8.1 PC, to an awesome newer Windows 10 PC. I bought it in July but my small business was too crazy to get it going until now.
But this is my first machine with NVMe SSD, and I have no idea how to make a full clone of it, to a HD on a USB BlacX dock, so that if this machine fails, I could pop the HD into the PC instead and it would be a full bootable clone of this one. Can you help me figure this out please? Thanks.
I hate Idrive and it's impossibly difficult for me to figure out, but I've had Acronis 2019 since the old machine and always loved it - i just don't know how the NVMe works in this scheme. ( Planning to upgrade, once I figure it out. )
By the way, I'm a senior and was formerly an Electronics Research & Development Technician with an ASET ( Associate in Science in Electronics Technology - 1969 ), got my first PC in 1987, an have been on the net since 1992.

Thank you Ian! Will have to digest and do this. I've been wanting to update to the latest ATI Personal, anyway. :-)
If I upgrade to Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office, will that just take care of all this, transparently?
Looks like my 2019 has been activated too many times, anyway, and is on 30 day trial with this newer PC.

I just deleted 2019 and installed Cyber Protect Home Office. Hopefully it will give me credit, as 2019 registered, when I activate Cyber Protect Home Office.
