Mounting OS drive results in page fault outside page area

Windows 10 up to date with ATI 2019,  one SSD and one spinner.  For SSD, there are three  partitions.  For SSD and for spinner with one partition, I can mount all but the partition on the SSD with OS.  I consistently get page fault outside page area.   Any idea why this happens and what I can do to mount the drive with OS?

I see this is your fist post on this user forum, so welcome.

It is not immediately clear what the problem is. From you discussion I assume that the SSD is the drive containing the OS and that there are other (hidden) partitions on the SSD which cannot be mounted. One of those partitions is probably with Windows recovery partition and the other the UEIF partitions. The layout of my OS partition is shown in the screenshot below

I just attempted to mount a backup of my system SSD and all three partitions were available for mounting.

It may help us if you could post a screenshot of the layout of the SSD (do a search for Disk Management and then run it).

In addition to Ian's comments, I would suggest using any file system diagnostic / check utilities provided by your SSD / HDD drive maker and checking for any errors in this area, plus also doing a full memory check on your computer.

If you have a second computer with ATI 2019 installed, then try mounting the same backup image on that system, as this will help isolate whether the issue is within the archive (file system) or with the original computer (memory)?

' page fault outside page area ' suggests either a file system or memory issue.
