Move Acronis 2019 to another computer
I bought a new computer. I want to move my license from the old computer to the new one. How do I do that?

I looked at that and it does not seem to apply. It thinks I'm getting a "too many activations" but I'm not getting that. For example it wants me to click on "I have installed Acronis True Image on a new computer" but I can't because all I want to do is move it to another computer.
Would it be safe to just manually remove it from computer A and re-install it on computer B? But I don't know how to re-install it because I don't have it on DVD ... so how do I re-install it?

You have to install it on the new computer first then you can follow the procedure Steve linked to. Login in to your Acronis account and you can download the installer from there.

I installed a new Acronis on the other computer. I then clicked on Resolve Problem. But that does not give the same result as your example. Instead it gives a list of my products. One button is Download so I tried that and after doing the Download it goes back to the same problem (in other words I am in a cycle).

I found an Acronis Chat. She gave me very simple steps:
1. Go to https://account.acronis.com/, and then sign in with your Acronis account.
2. Download and install 2019.
3. In the Products section, find Acronis True Image 2019, and then click Manage:

4. You can deactivate license by highlighting on the older machine.

Eddy, please post screen images showing what you are looking at. A picture can be better than a thousand words!
What actual license type do you have here, is this Perpetual or Subscription?
Is this a single PC license or one for 3 or 5 PC's?

Thanks for your response. I am good now, I found a chat with Acronis and she told me what to do. It was simple, basically all you need to do is to install it on the new computer then log onto Acronis.com and there is a button to deactivate it, then you can re-activate it on the new computer.
