My Acronis 2019 does not load

Thread needs solution

Since Windows 7 support withdrawn Acronis does not load. It opens the window asking whether I wish to allow Acronis to make changes to my PC and when I says yes it doesn't do anything. It was working fine until the 20th Jan. I have tried running it in Compatibility mode, no luck. Any ideas? Alan Molloy

Alan, welcome to these public User Forums.

There is no relationship between the end of support by Microsoft for Windows 7 users and the continued use of Acronis True Image.

I have a PC still running Windows 7 (no capable of running any later version of the OS) which is doing regular scheduled backups with ATI 2018.

I would recommend doing a Repair Install as per KB 60915: Acronis True Image: repairing program settings

Note: All ATI versions should be installed and run as Administrator to ensure the application has the required privileges and authorities to work correctly.
