New ATI 2019 Subscription Plan - Problem with OneDrive Backups
As a result of the issues with ATI 2018 and OneDrive backups, and at the recommendation of Acronis Tech Support, I upgraded to a subscription to ATI 2019 (Advanced level). Installed the upgrade to my desktop with no issues. Local backup to my external hard drive ran normally over night (continues to exclude OneDrive folders to the local backup, which I expected). I also added a new "Cloud Service" backup task, and followed the prompts to grant access to my Office 365 (personal) account. I am backing up OneDrive folders only, not Outlook. Ran a backup task manually, which seemed to go fine. I was able to recover a file with no issues. Today when I checked the Acronis Data Cloud dashboard to monitor my Cloud Service backup, I noted that the "Next Backup" for the activity indicates Yesterday's date, and no backup has been done since the initial manual backup. Any help would be appreciated. Acronis Tech Support is scratching their heads.... Thanks.

Thank you. The settings for the Cloud Service backup task are handled at the online portal, not in the desktop application, so the screen shots you asked for would not apply in this case.
Here is the latest after a lengthy Tech Support session:
The user cannot control the schedule for Cloud Service backup. The only option is "once a day". The start time of the daily backup task is tied to the launch of the very first backup, which in my case, was yesterday afternoon at 1:44pm. So at 1:44 pm today, the service launched today's backup. At the same time, the screen updated the "Next Backup" date properly (it now reflects tomorrow's date at 1:44pm). So part of my issue has been resolved, in that the system is correctly showing the Next Scheduled Backup.
The remaining issue is with the user not being able to change the start time of the backup task. In my case, because my backups are forced to run at 1:44pm daily, if I want to recover a file, I need to remember whether I worked on it before or after 1:44 pm. Not very efficient. I am awaiting a response from Tier 2 support regarding whether the launch time can be adjusted. Otherwise, it looks like the workaround is to delete and recreate the Cloud Service backup task at 4:00am, which is when I want it to launch each day.
Thank you again for your response!

NolaCPA,
In the Cloud backup Options Schedule tab you should have the ability to set the Daily option to run Every X hour(s), Once per day at Time set by user at task creation, (defaults to current time when task created), or Twice per day at Time 1 - Time 2.
You should be able to adjust these as you like and when finished click on the Ok button on bottom right of screen to save you selection. The task should update and assume the new selections.
