Stop with the message saying your trial has ended

Thread needs solution

I bought ATI 2019. But somehow it thinks I was on a trial also. I keep getting a popup saying "your trial has ended". How can I tell it that I don't want to continue the trial but I want to keep what I bought?

Does your version of True Image show it is licensed and registered?  Make sure your purchased license is registered to your Acronis account (log in and check).  Then, the easiest way to pick this up in the app is to log in with your account there too and it "should" sync up.

This is a user forum so not much we can help with.  Some mods do frequent here, but you may be waiting some time for a response.  You'd probably be better off opening a chat support case if it is not registering your purchase correctly for some reason, but this should be fairly easy to work out for Acronis tech support.
