Viewing .tib Files Using View: Details
By default, .tib files open in View: Tiles mode. This takes up a lot of screen real estate and limits the information displayed. Even if you change the View mode to Details, the next lower level still opens in Tiles mode.
How can View mode Details be maintained once selected, please?

Are you sure about that? I was somehow able to tell Windows to use Details as a default, but as soon as I click on a .tib file the displays use Tiles mode. If I change a directory display mode to Details, that is remembered even if I leave File Explorer and re-eneter it. (I don't think that lasts over a reboot.) In any case, I have to make that change for every directory displayed in the .tib file.

No am not sure - it was just best guess on how it works....

I haven't been able to find a way to change this either. I think it's baked into the explorer hooks, but really don't know either. I'd suggest opening a support case with Acronis for this one and also submitting feedback in the app asking to allow this to be modified, or to default to details, or a different view instead of tiles as well.

Hello Everyone,
I've passed this issue to the RnD for review (internal ID for reference TI-194657 View mode of Explorer always defaults to Tiles when browsing an archive)

Thanks Ekaterina.

I´d highly appreciate too, if display mode could be set to Details by default.
