Edney, welcome to these public User Forums.

See KB 2201: Support for OEM Versions of Acronis Products which applies to all OEM versions of ATI supplied with hardware purchases.

Unfortunately there is too little information in your post above to begin to guess at what issue you are actually seeing here or why your restore would result in a corrupt disk?

Some comments:

If the original disk that you have backed up had any file system errors then these would be carried into the backup image and restored back to the target disk on recovery!  It is strongly recommended that you use CHKDSK on your partitions / drives before making a backup when looking to change the drive.  Note: you can use the diagnostic tools provided by the disk maker for the best check of all the drive elements.

Most PC's can have a choice of different methods of booting from the BIOS firmware and this is important when it comes to doing any restore of a backup image.

Older PC's may use Legacy BIOS boot coupled with MBR disk partitioning.

Newer PC's now normally use UEFI BIOS boot coupled with GPT disk partitioning.

The Acronis bootable rescue media can work in both of these BIOS boot modes but should be used in the same mode that is used by the Windows OS on the PC being restored!

See KB 63226: Acronis True Image 2020: how to create bootable media and KB 59877: Acronis True Image: how to distinguish between UEFI and Legacy BIOS boot modes of Acronis Bootable Media

KB 63295: Acronis True Image 2020: How to restore your computer with WinPE-based or WinRE-based media

Dedicated diagnostic utilities from the disk manufacturers take the longest time to complete the checks, but provide the most accurate methods of checking whether the disk is good or needs replacement:

 - Western Digital drives: Western Digital Dashboard

 - Seagate disks: SeaTools for Windows

 - HGST disks: HGST Windows Drive Fitness Test (WinDFT)

 - Intel SSDs: Intel Memory and Storage Tool (GUI)

 - Samsung drives: Samsung Magician

 - ADATA drives: ADATA SSD ToolBox

 - Kingston SSDs: Kingston SSD Toolbox, Kingston SSD Manager

 - Transcend SSDs: Transcend SSD Scope

 - Silicon Power disks: SP ToolBox

 - Toshiba disks: Toshiba PC Diagnostic Tool Utility

 - Crucial disks: Crucial Storage Executive

 - SanDisk disks: SanDisk SSD Dashboard tool / SanDisk SSD Dashboard user guide

For all users: change to another backup software solution, Threre no are garantee of your files are save and will restore with success.

Dear Edney Silva,
Recovery is the core of our business and we take all recovery issues very seriously. If you have used Acronis software to back up your data, you can contact Acronis support team, so that our engineers can help.

For issues with the OEM software, you need to contact the vendor who's hardware contained the OEM software, whose product contained the Acronis OEM software, as they are best equipped to understand the specific OEM application as well as the relationship between the Acronis software and their product. Acronis works closely with the OEM on investigating and solving issues that arise.
