Acronis (Version 11.7) Cannot Backup For Disk C & Disk D

Thread needs solution

Today I met a problem for backup and one of the messages says:"Message: Account 'Acronis Agent User@RB-HMI-VRK' does not have enough privileges to access instance 'MSSQLSERVER'. "

I'm not sure whether this problem concern the SQL backup license or not, and I do not know how to deal with this issue.

I input Event code  (0x0135003D+0x01350016+0x01E20036+0x00571101+0x00570134) for searching in the acronis website, but nothing.

Details, please see attached files. If anyone knows how to solve such problem please give me the advice.
