Backup Progress Bar Hangs at 20% - ATI 2020 WinRE bootable media

Thread solved

Acronis True Image Version 2020, Build 22510
Microsoft Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)
Version 1903, OS Build 10.0.18362
WinRE bootable media

Unlike ATI 2019, the backup progress bar using ATI 2020 WinRE bootable media does not appear to work. Specifically, when I make a full backup (tibx) of my HGST Deskstar NAS 4TB boot disk which contains 6 partitions, the progress bar hangs at 20% after 5 hours. Shortly after, ATI completes and shutsdown the PC. I looked inside the resulting tibx image using Windows 10 File Explorer, the various partitions were there with appropriate data files i.e. the backup appeared to work.

Note the following:
In ATI 2019 for my tib backups, the progression bar worked correctly.
"chkdsk" found no errors on both the source disk and backup disk.
The source disk and backup disk passed "S.M.A.R.T".

Is anyone else observing this behavior in ATI 2020 WinRE bootable media?

Thank you in advance for your feedback.

I have not noticed this behavior myself and I use a WinRE flash drive monthly to backup a number of PC's.

Thank you for the feedback that you have no problem.

Using cmd with "Run as administrator", I ran "sfc /scannow" which passed.
I rebuilt the WinRE flash drive rescue disk.

This time the progression bar worked correctly.

Thanks again.
