Cannot clean up old backups
My drive has no more room for backups. I select clean up. I select old backups. I'm told some version can't be removed.
I have tried just deleting them all but most recent chain.
How do I find it can't clean up old versions?

I'm sorry for my tardy reply. I didn't know I had an answer to my question.
Yes, it's ATI 2020 build 25700.
I can generate a report and share it, but I would like to share with an Acronis employee, not to a public forum.
Is there a way to get notifications when I have replies?

Nancy, to share with Acronis use the Feedback tool from the ATI application. Be sure to describe the problem and check the box to include a system report.
That said, Steve Smith is very good at reading the logs in a system report and you will get a much quicker response. I'm sure you can work out a process with Steve to not share the location of the system report on the forum.

I intend no slight to Steve. I'm sure he's great. What I'd rather not do is share diagnostic logs of my entire system with a public forum.

I understand, Nancy. All I am saying is that you could arrange to share it only with Steve, not the forum. If you send the report with feedback to Acronis, there is a good chance you will not get any response. Steve is one of the most knowledgeable on this forum and his MVP status is bestowed by Acronis so they have trust in him.
I am pretty sure in Steve's timezone he is now sleeping. But he'll chime in again tomorrow I'm sure, and offer you some assistance that you will be comfortable with. Meanwhile, he'll probably ask you to get the MVP Log Viewer (the link is on his post above). Then he can guide you through looking at some logs yourself.

Nancy, if you are happy to do so, send me a link to the zip file via a private message. I cannot access these directly or reply to them, but I will get an email notification which will have the link that I can follow.
The alternative is to open a Support case direct with Acronis via the How to get support? link in the forum pages. The support team will contact you directly according to the method you choose to use, i.e. live chat or using email.

Thanks for your reply and willingness to take a look. Unfortunately, I needed to get something working so am starting over with a clean install and new back definitions.
