Cloud Backup not working after Upgrade to ATI2020
Hello,
after upgrading to ATI2020 all my Cloud Backups are not working anymore. I always get a network time-out error message. Local backups to my USB drive are working.
Under ATI2019 everything was fine.
Anyone else with the same problem? Any idea how to fix this errort?

I'm already running the new build 20770. Didn't fix the problem.

Have you tried signing out of your Acronis Account in the ATI GUI, then signing back in again?
Also have you tried a Windows restart?

Please download the MVP Log Viewer tool (link in my signature below) and use this to review the log file for your backup operation. This should provide more information on why you are seeing any errors?
See KB 4350: Acronis Backup to Cloud access ports and hostnames - for details of where all the servers are and what ports they use.
Use the above in conjunction with the Acronis Cloud Connection Verification Tool.
If you still have issues, then please open a Support Case direct with Acronis as they are the only ones with access to the server side of the Cloud support.

Unfortunately there is no corresponding file of the Acronis Cloud Connection Verification Tool for my Cloud storage "https://eu4-cloud.acronis.com".
