Created survival kit - but option to create is still available.

Thread needs solution
  1. Upgraded to latest Acronis True Image 2020, build 25700
  2. Despite several attempts, the survival kit would not "update"
  3. Finally deleted and reformatted the backup drive
  4. Successfully created the survival kit with an "Incremental" back up (at this point it was a complete back up due to a blank backup drive) but "Create Acronis Survival Kit" continues to display.
  5. Created another backup type (disk partition/differential) and successfully backed up but "Create Acronis Survival Kit" continues to display on both backup types
  6. Ran the "Rescue Media Builder", which detected the survival kit, and successfully ran this by overwriting whatever was in the existing survival kit.
  7. As you can see from the image; "Create Acronis Survival Kit" continues to display.

I've tried removing/ejecting the backup media several times but the message stays.

Also attached is an image of the disk partition.

BTW This problem is on a Windows 7 Pro system -=and=- my home PC a Windows 10 Pro 1909(build?) does NOT exhibit this problem.

Christian, if you compare the Destination icon shown on the system where the survival kit was created and no longer displays the 'Create survival kit' option, you should see that it is different to the icon in your screen image, which is showing a USB symbol rather than 'A'.

The option to create will only go away when Acronis recognises that the partition on the drive is what it expects it to be, i.e. shown as 'Acronis HM' with the correct destination icon.
