DROBO 5N2 not seen as NAS

Thread needs solution

I recently purchased a Drobo 5N2. I have a working 5N as well. I use Acronis as a backup - it was a backup system that worked well with the DROBO I was told by DROBO.
It has for the most part.
I recently purchased a new, custom built windows 10 desktop (32MG RAM, 1TSSD, 4T mirror). When I installed Acronis, it sees the 5N as a NAS, but does not see the 5N2. Why?
I can get to it as a mapped drive, or IP, but its not seen as a NAS.
How can I make it seen as a NAS?

What determines this?

True Image uses the application Bonjour for device discovery to populate the NAS folder of the application.  Devices that support a protocol known as ZeroConfig if enabled should show up in the NAS folder.  If your Drobo supports this protocol, enable it.

You should have a look in Network in the application as your device is likely to be listed there.
