Who can help me (computer dummy) out with a problem?  After a backup of my apple notebook (Catalina) in the Acronis cloud I get the message "the last backup has failed. Network disconnected by time out".Does it mean that I have no back-up?

What to do about it.

First caveat that I am not an Apple user unless you can count an iPad and iPhone plus an ancient Apple II+ in the loft!

Under normal circumstances, any backup to the Acronis Cloud should restart itself after any failures such as network issues etc, so while your backup may be incomplete, it should be in the process of continuing the upload to achieve a successful backup.
