How can I remove an erroneous "Didn't help" flag from within a community thread
The Discussion titled "LoadLibrary failed with error 998: In T-I 2020/WIN7" has been successfully solved, mainly via Enchantech.
At the top level, listing all threads, this thread does indeed show as solved, with the usual green ticked icon.
Within the opened thread itself, at its beginning, the “Thread solved” pennant is diplayed.
But on the answer that indicated the way to solve the problem, about two-thirds of the way down the thread, there is a blue rectangle showing “Didn’t help” - which is wrong – but I can’t see how to delete or correct it.
Advice please.
(Thanks - Just tying up a loose end)

UPDATE
As soon as I'd marked your replay as a solution and clicked Save for this reply below, I noticed yours was marked "Didn't help" - so maybe there is a bug somewhere?
Steve,
As the number of visits to the thread suggests many others have looked at it, I guess you're likely right about the possibility of someone else finding it not a solution to their problem - that seems like a logical explanation.
As it's already marked overall as a solution, for me at least, I'll just leave it as is (and mark this as a solution too).
I trust Enchanted will notice it unbidden.
Thanks - Paul

Paul, the 'Didn't Help!' on my comment is just shown as an option for users to click if they think it applies - it is even shown to myself for my own comment!
As Bob mentioned in your original topic, another quirk of how the forum works!

Hello Everyone,
the logic for the button was providing a quick way of starting a new discussion for users who didn't find the solution helpful\applicable to their situation.

Thanks, Ekaterina.
Useful to know as it wasn't obvious to me, as a newbie to Acronis.
I've not yet managed to read my way through the whole manual, but have dipped into parts of it; perhaps it'll give me the courage to tackled War and Peace next ; - >
