Missing Universal Restore tool

Thread needs solution

I created a restore disk a few years ago. I have need of it now but it just hangs when I run it. I thought it might be due to an update along the way so I tried creating a new one. When I doubleclick on the Universal Restore tool in TI it doesn't open. I tried some of the other tools and they open. If I click on the all tools icon it shows 9 tools, not the 10 in TI. So, apparently, the one tool has been deleted. I also looked in the actual TI backup for that file but it doesn't exist there either. How do I restore that tool?

Tilden, I would suggest uninstalling the current version of AUR using the Windows Control Panel or Settings > Apps option, then when you click on the AUR option in the Tools panel, it should take you to download and install the correct version to match the version of TI you are running.
