Chuck, welcome to these public User Forums.

Sorry but too little information to answer your question about what file is giving the error?

Your screen image shows you are running this backup from within Windows using the ATI GUI application, so this assumes that your encrypted C: drive is unlocked so that ATI can see all the contents.

A further assumption here is that ATI 2020 is running as Administrator to have all the correct required authorities / privileges that it needs to work.

Your destination drive shows as F: with 3.6TB free space but is this also encrypted and unlocked because ATI has no built in tools to work directly with encrypted destination (or source) drives?

Please check the above and if this doesn't help then we will need to see the log files for this backup task to try to understand why the error is being given.

Logs are stored at C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Logs and the particular log files that will be needed are the ones in the backup_worker and ti_demon folders for the time period that the backup was attempted and failed.  If posting logs to the forum, then please either zip the entire folder(s) or zip the files so that the original file names are preserved to keep their identity.
