Online Dashboard Is Down
Why is Online Dashboard Not Working?

The online dashboard is working ok for me at this time when going to the eu4-cloud.acronis.com server (as shown in the URL for the web page).
Hopefully, Acronis are deploying the fix for the critical settings reset issue on various of these servers but we won't know for sure until either an official statement is released, or enough users turn the MMMS service back on / start the service then confirm that their settings remain as set!

My server is now up and running. BTW it is a USA server cloud-wr-us2.acronis.com.
Those were showing up as RackSpace servers the last time I did a tracert.

Page now loads but the information is not correct.

I have a feeling this is connected to the options settings loss problem.

Yeah, it would have been nice to receive some sort of communication from Acronis before having the dashboard go offline for 12+ hours.
