Hallo,
bin eigentlich zufriedener Anwender einer alten TI-Version. Nach dem Umstieg auf einen W10-Rechner möchte ich die Version TI 2020 zunächst als Testversion ausprobieren und danach meine Lizenz upgraden.
Leider komme ich über den Anmeldedialog nicht hinweg, es erscheint die im Betreff angegebene, nichtssagende Fehlermeldung, in der sog. Knowledge Base steht keinerlei Inhalt und auch ein späterer Anmeldeversuch führt nicht zum Erfolg.
Handelt es sich um ein bekanntes Problem, zu dem es entsprechende Lösungsansätze gibt?

thanks for your answer and your warm welcome.
Indeed, after login to my account on acronis.com the trial product versions doesn't show up there. What can I don or how can a place the product there? It seems there is no "add" button there.
May you give me some advice?

Jens, please check that the email address you used to register for the ATI trial product is the same as that used for your Acronis Account? If it does match then please send a private message to Ekaterina Surkova | Forum Moderator who can investigate this further for you.

Now it's working by magic. I've changed nothing, the email was correct. After several hours of waiting it's now working.

I have the same problem some sort of:
I bought the standard version for 3 PC at EDV-Buchversand. Downloaded from there (ATIH2020_de_DE.exe) and got a trial version. After some struggling I got the ATIH2020_22510.exe licensed on my Acer laptop. Yesterday I copied the latter to my Beck-PC and installed it. Registration did not work, I got the above fault. Removed rhe 2020-22510-version, downoaded again from EDV-- and installed it: now it was not a trial version. I was not able to make it work, with the same fault. Access to my acount is possible, where I can see that I have the version for 3 PC. Under "Keys" there are 2 "workstations" under "resources", one with the registration key indicated, the other is empty.
Yesterday at about the time was trying to enter my serial I got a mail thanking me for choosing ATIH. Was it for the first installation?
Waiting did not work.
What happened? How can I resolve my problem?

John, please see KB 62972: Acronis True Image 2020: How to activate license - which has information on the different methods available for activating the product and troubleshooting issues that may arise.
You will have activation issues if you are using a Proxy server or VPN to connect to the internet.
If you have not tried, sign in with your Acronis Account where you have registered your license for 3 PC's.

As I have written above, the program works on my laptop. If I open it it says "successfully activated".
I installed the downloaded version from EDV-buchversand on this PC. When I open the program I get picture no 1, where I enter the registartion code which leeds me to picture 2.
I think I made a mistake somewhere,......
I don't get any further.

John, if you have purchased an upgrade edition of ATI then you need two different serial numbers to correctly activate this. One serial is for the new version and one is for any older qualifying version for the upgrade. As far as I understand, the older qualifying version has to be a full version not a previous upgrade version.
If a qualifying older version is already installed when you start to install the upgrade, it will automatically pick up the old license information and only ask for the new serial number.

I had ATHI 2014 which I removed as it was sais to be necessary. The second serial I wanted to input, from 2014, was not accepted.

This early morning I had an idea: writing down the old serial number in a text-file and the copying it in the second place where the old serial was asked for. I did it now and hurrah--it worked.
My fault: when I began typing the old serial: after about 4 numbers I got a warning: not an accepted serial. And I gave up, frustarted.
Now: problem solved!
