Second desktop PC not showing up in online dashboard

Thread needs solution

I upgraded to the 3 station version of Acronis True Image 2020 a while back, so I could install Acronis on my dad's PC as well as mine. His backups to a second internal drive are working as they should, but I thought I should be able to see his desktop and a record of the backups in my online dashboard.

I did login to Acronis on his desktop, but I can't see it in my dashboard, nor do I get email notifications when his backups are completed.

For my desktop, I get the emails and can also see it in my dashboard.

What else can I try to get this working?

Neel, the key check points here are that ATI 2020 is signed in using your Acronis Account and that the Acronis Managed Machine Service Mini service is running to communicate with the Dashboard.
