Thread needs solution

I experienced a short power outage this morning during, (I think,) a Cloud Backup. Afterwards, I checked the status of he backup when the internet came back, and I received that error message. I  can't be sure if he backup finished or  not, bc the Acronis Cloud backup window shows 176.4 GB of 500 GB free, implying that a backup occured. I wish to verify that the backup occured, or delete it and start over.

What does it show if you change from the backup tab to the Activity Tab? That should give you an indication of the success or otherwise of the backup. You could also try clicking on the Recovery tab and see if the backup is listed.
