Are the horrendous speed issues being address?

Thread needs solution

Yesterday i was in a chat with a Acronis Tech Support person regarding the painful response starting and everything else unusable slow, giving all the info they requested, assigning a ticket, and them disconnecting in the middle and not calling me back.  Great Customer Service. 

Honestly, how could this be released like this?  Do you do regression testing?

I have Macrium also, so maybe its time to go to just that.

Jason, any issues will only be truly addressed by Acronis if enough users complain about them!

I would definitely encourage all ATI 2021 users to submit Feedback direct to Acronis for all issues being encountered and especially when these prevent normal or correct use of the application.  If more users use Feedback, then Acronis would get a better understanding of the real strength of feeling running through the user community with the changes being introduced and the need to give users fuller control over what they install / use!

Acronis look to have been focussing all effort on implementing the new Protection features that many users never asked for or wanted, and this to the detriment of the core Backup & Recovery features that users invested in for this application!  If the core features were purring along without any issues then I would be relatively happy to accept other changes but not when those core features have significant issues that need to be addressed!
