Can anyone help me pinpoint what is causing my PC to crash when I play games?

Thread needs solution

Things I've tried;

  • Installing drivers, updating drivers, updated bios

  • System factory reset many times

  • underclocking / overclocking

  • buying a new GPU and new set of ram

Here is what the software "who crashed" is saying

"Computer name: DESKTOP-G4A6IQF

12 logical processors, active mask: 4095
RAM: 17100832768 bytes (15.9GB)

Error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Bug check description: This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
A third-party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: hardware. sys.
