Cannot access files on NAS from Recovery
Installed Acronis True Image 2021 over 2020. Ran successful first full backup to NAS, as usual, but Recover will not open NAS. Backup will open NAS and tibx files are present, but Recover shows NAS but will not open it. NAS is Terra-Master F2-210 with a single drive installed, and worked fine under ATI 2020.

I am attempting to access the backups from Recovery within the Windows Installed TI app. It successfully backs up to the NAS, and from Backup I can "open location" and see the files. When I switch to Recovery, it can see the NAS, and network, but doesn't find the files on the NAS.

Here is a link to the User Guide. Recovery of data is covered in chapter 5. There are lots of screenshots and instructions. This should help you to determine what steps to follow to recover.
If you are needing to recover a full disk drive containing a Windows installation then it is strongly recommended that you do so using bootable Recovery Media.

When you switch to the Recovery panel for your backup task, does it say that there is no data to be recovered yet?
If yes, then use the option (to the right of + Add backup behind the caret) to 'Add existing backup' and select the full backup file from your NAS, this will then associate the file back to the backup task and will allow the Recovery page of the task to be correctly populated.

Sorry for the late follow-up. I never could get the backup scheme to reconnect and let me access options. I resolved the problem (sort of) by creating a new backup scheme and deleting the old one after I'd completed a full backup on the new scheme. Thanks for the suggestions!
