Doesn't work with Acronis Dashboard

Sorry but don't understand the issue here?

What are you seeing that doesn't work here?

I can open the Dashboard from my ATI 2021 Gui Account page and see various device activities etc via my Firefox web browser.

I see the activities in the dashboard but the data is incorrect. Backups in progress when they have already completed. No delete under settings. Incorrect next backup date.

Thanks for clarifying, I can only suggest submitting Feedback and opening a support ticket to add your voices to those of other users who have been reporting some of these issue for some months or longer!

Personally, I don't use the dashboard, especially after all the issues late last year where it was involved in resetting all my backup configurations etc.  It should either be fixed or scrapped! In it's present form, it is almost science fiction with future backups in the past with dates prior to the date of the most recent backup!

I did like you said. Turned off internet connection. When they showed offline. I deleted them. If Acronis doesn't want to fix it. Delete it.
