Errors on Online Dashboard (All Devices) Display

Thread needs solution

As the attached screen shot indicates, there are several errors on my Online Dashboard Display:

DESKTOP-K45RMNR

  1. "Backup Status is unknown" is not correct. The backups are being run without a problem
  2. "Next Backup Date" (Aug. 1 2020) is obviously not correct.

DESKTOP-TT7213D

  1. Status [99% (Backing up)] is not correct. The backup has completed successfully.
  2. "Next Backup Date" (Aug. 1 2020) is obviously not correct.

As recommended in the documentation, I have checked that the Acronis Managed Machine Service is running.

 

How can I see that these errors are corrected?
